Refunds and Returns 

We will always do our best to provide any returns or refund requests necessary, keeping customer satisfaction one of our top priorities. 

 

Circumstances where you are entitled to a refund:

 

  • If item arrives faulty 

  • Wrong item is sent (in this case a return and exchange will be arranged, if possible, a refund will be last resort)

  • Item is not as described

 

Circumstances that you are NOT entitle to a refund:

 

  • When customer purchases an item knowing it is faulty – this may occur with sale items that have marks etc (This will be specified on the listing)

  • The item has been damaged or stained after delivery

  • Has changed their mind (Only applicable for in person sales)

 

 

All requests returns and/or refunds must be submitted via email: contact@the-little-bear-family.com  within 14 days after delivery of item. After 14 days we are of no obligation to offer a return or refund. 

You have another 14 days to complete the return.

Refunds will be completed within 14 days of The Little Bear Family receiving item back. 

 

All returns and refunds due to claims of faults will be checked over before refunds are given. 

 

We will only accept requests for returns and refunds from the buyer. If you are requesting as a gift receiver, please get in contact with the original buyer for necessary proof of purchase such as order number, name, etc.

We have a turnaround time up to 14 working days,  this does not include weekends  or bank holidays. In most cases 
orders do go out much quicker, but please do allow  your order to hit turnaround time before  contacting  us. Thank you.  Karen
